While working at the Fabio fan club, I operated 20 of these for all the hate mail the office received. The Shredder is not that good if you are dealing in high volume, thick paper. Most of the time it was jammed up. The parts are not durable. Another problem I have is that it doesn’t Shred bread or old food very well. Pizza crust gets caught in the metal teeth very easily.

shredder head has to be removed to empty basket. i expected a shredder that had a basket that can be pulled out without removing the entire head.

We felt we were updating our curring Royal shredder. This new one certainly will do more mages at a time, but unfortunate there are “no” wheels on it and shredded paper bin to pull out and empty.

I did a lot of research before deciding on this shredder. It’s great for every day use and shreds CDs, credit cards, and junk mail just fine. The basket is a good size too so it’s not emptied too frequently.
