I received a nice fat “boring” history book as a gift for a friend who has a penchant for hiding places. He loved it. It was well made, and the topic of the book was boring enough that most people are not likely to pluck it from the bookshelf. The tray is shallow, but good for extra credit cards, keys, or small love notes.

Great safety item for dorm rooms if you have a roomie who doesn’t always remember to lock the door. Looks just like a real book. Space is small but will hold a wallet, a thin camera, and small jewelry.
